This warranty applies to diamond and gemstone engagement rings beginning with the SKU# "KI-117" or "KI-118".

Our vendor guarantees all engagement rings and wedding bands beginning with the SKU# "KI-117" or "KI-118" to be of the highest quality and backs them with a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in material and workmanship.

The Lifetime Warranty applies to items purchased on or after January 1, 2011. We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any item with a defect covered by our warranty without charge except shipping and handling. Normal wear and tear such as scratches, worn prongs and damage due to blunt trauma or other abuse is excluded.

This warranty does cover lost diamond accent stones provided all work on the ring was performed by us. Work on the ring includes sizing, setting stones (center stone excluded), prong tipping etc. Rings that have been sized, altered or repaired elsewhere or that show signs of abuse will not be covered by this Warranty.

Again, in order to preserve the Limited Lifetime Warranty on your ring, all sizing, stone setting (excluding center stone) and repair work must be performed by us.

This Lifetime Warranty does not cover lost center stones.
