Equally as noticeable is the 8mm gem quality round Chatham cultured alexandrite center stone. This fabulous ring can be custom set with a variety of center stone shapes and sizes. This regal ring has a 7mm wide shank with a 7mm gallery height. The 4 prong setting has a lovely heart cut-out pattern in the inside under gallery.
