This warranty applies to our Qpid Collection of diamond bridal sets beginning with the SKU# "CM-BR".

Now you can buy with confidence knowing your gorgeous gemstone and diamond bridal set is backed by a manufacturer's 1-year limited warranty.

Our vendor guarantees all engagement rings and wedding bands beginning with the SKU# "CM-BR" to be of good quality and backs them with a Limited 1-Year Warranty against defects in material and workmanship.

The 1-Year Warranty applies to items purchased on or after January 1, 2011. We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any item with a defect covered by our warranty without charge except shipping and handling. Normal wear and tear such as scratches, worn prongs and damage due to blunt trauma or other abuse is excluded.

This warranty does cover lost blue sapphires and diamond accent stones provided all work on the ring was performed by us. Work on the ring includes sizing, setting stones, prong tipping etc. Rings that have been sized, altered or repaired elsewhere or that show signs of abuse will not be covered by this Warranty. We do not recommend sizing on these pieces due to the intricate detail on the bands. If you need a size other than a stock size 7, we recommend you custom-order the piece in the size you need rather than having it sized.

Again, in order to preserve the Limited 1-Year Warranty on your ring, all sizing, stone setting (excluding center stone) and repair work must be performed by us.

This 1-Year Warranty does not cover lost center stones.
