Guarantee & Returns Information

We’re so confident you’ll love your purchase that we offer a satisfaction guarantee on all of our Buy-Now merchandise. Buy-Now merchandise includes items that are priced and shown available for immediate sale on our website. If for any reason you are not happy with your buy-now purchase, you may return the item in accordance with the instructions below for credit less any shipping charges and restocking fees.

All custom items are non-returnable. Custom items include any item that has been sized, engraved or altered from its original state as shown on our website, this includes pieces that have been custom mounted with different stones.

All finished jewelry pieces and loose colored gemstones are backed with a 20-day return policy from the ship date. Items must be received back within 20 days to receive full credit. Loose diamonds, including Chatham-Created diamonds, are backed by a 10-day return policy from the ship date.

Chatham Gemstone Returns: Chatham stands by the quality of their products for a lifetime. They provide a service and a guarantee that sets them apart from others in the industry. Chatham is the only authentic distributor of Chatham products across America. Every warranty card they send with a purchase has a value. To keep Chatham brand integrity, please return your warranty card with your stone. A fee of $10 per warranty card not included in your return will be assessed on the return credit. See your packing slip for the number of warranty cards included with your purchase.

Packages that are undeliverable, rerouted due to incomplete address information or refused upon delivery will be subject to an additional charge of $30, which is assessed to us by the shipping companies and will be deducted from your credit. Please be sure your address information is complete and correct before submitting your order.

Sending Returns

Items must be returned in perfect condition unused and undamaged in their original packaging along with a copy of your online invoice to receive your credit.

Please contact for a Return Authorization number (RA#) and further return instructions. Items that arrive without a valid RA# clearly visible on the outside of the package will be refused and returned to sender. For your RA#, please call 970-535-4139 or email us at Be sure to give your invoice number AND item numbers for those being returned when obtaining your RA#. Additional shipping charges may apply to items returned to the incorrect address.

Be sure to insure all shipments for the full purchase price as we will not be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. Questionable packages will be refused so be sure to pack your item in a crush-resistant box.

Please allow up to 20 days for us to process your return credit.

Order Processing

Orders are guaranteed to be shipped by the method specified, however, please be aware that many of our gemstone and Diamalite pieces are mounted upon order. Please allow 5-7 business days for your item to be shipped.

Orders are NOT processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders that are placed late on Fridays, holidays or on weekends will be processed on the following business day. We do not assume any liability for packages delayed due to shipping problems out of our control or adverse weather conditions.

Orders that are shipping to an alternate address and orders we deem high dollar or high risk may require additional verification and/or alternate payment methods such as wire transfers or certified funds. Please see the order verifications information below for more details.

For check orders, please allow up to 14 business days from the date of deposit before processing the order. We do not hold inventory for check orders.

Shipping Rates & Details

Shipping rates and methods apply to orders shipped within the 48-Contiguous United States. Some orders to AK, HI, Military Addresses or the Virgin Islands will be shipped via Insured Mail. Please allow 7-10 business days for standard ground shipping. Shipping times may be longer for orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous states. Expedited shipping service will require additional shipping charges. Express orders containing items being shipped from various locations throughout the US may be subject to multiple shipping charges.

For insurance purposes, some of our vendors are required to ship packages signature required. Specifically requesting a waiver to this requirement means and its vendors and shippers will not be responsible in the event of a lost, damaged or mis-delivered package.

Order Verifications

If your order is to be shipped to an alternate address OR if you received an address mis-match error on your order, we must contact you to properly verify the cardholder information with the issuing bank.

To avoid delays in processing your order, please provide all your billing information, including the billing phone number, accurately when ordering. Please also include a daytime phone number where you can be reached Monday-Friday. This will help expedite the verification process. Your billing phone must be the same number the bank has on file for the credit card you use. Please call your issuing bank to update any old information before you order.

We reserve the right to use whatever means available to us to properly verify your order. The additional steps we must now take to properly verify your order will take time. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for a delay in your order due to an inability to contact you or to properly verify the order. If you need your order expedited, we suggest you have your order shipped to the billing address on file with the credit card you are using.

Extreme caution will be taken for each order from this website. For added security, we must verify all billing and ship-to information before shipping any packages. If you are engaging in fraudulent activity, your ship-to information WILL be passed on to the authorities in your area! We diligently prosecute those attempting fraudulent transactions on this site.

Right to Policy Changes

We reserve the right to change policies, including assessing restocking and freight fees etc., based on special or unusual circumstances.
